Introducing Steve Ince – Key Account Manager, UK
Joining us as Key Account Manager, Steve Ince brings a wealth of experience supporting NDT and RVI rental projects across England and Northern Europe. With a strong background working in technically demanding sectors such as Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Defence, Medical, and Automotive, Steve understands the challenges faced by asset integrity teams and delivers solutions that are both practical and forward-thinking.
Steve has developed a proven track record building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored rental and inspection solutions. His focus on collaboration and technical excellence makes him a perfect fit for Nexxis as we continue to grow our presence in the UK and Europe.

“Having spent a number of years in the UK’s Inspection sector, working across non-destructive testing (NDT), remote visual inspection (RVI), and robotics, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges that persist in the industry. The traditional customer-supplier relationship often feels misaligned: OEMs produce equipment that doesn’t always meet the practical demands of end users, training programs can be overly rigid and lack personalization, and the rental market for testing equipment frequently offers limited flexibility and funding options. Liam Hanna has more than 15 years in the industrial technology sector, holding senior positions within Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
Starting his career in as a Product and Application Specialist for Remote Visual Inspection within the EMEA, Liam learned very quickly that a dynamic approach is required in order to provide customers with the best possible solution.
This quickly expanded to include Senior Marketing responsibilities of the entire Scientific Solutions portfolio for the Maintenance Market including Non-Destructive Testing, Analytical Instrumentation and Microscopy Equipment.
With a strong customer focus, Liam has spent many years and continues to travel Globally. Working closely with stakeholders, namely global organisations, distributors and end users for support or acquisition, learning from them to help develop market driven products for the future.
Liam joins Nexxis where he will continue to use his experience to help customers in all industry segments, championing Nexxis’ approach to reinventing the way people, machines and businesses work together, Globally.
