Welcoming New Leadership: Adam Alessandrino & Grant Bryce

Adam Alessandrino – Managing Director
Adam Alessandrino joins Nexxis as our new Managing Director. Adam brings over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, having supported the growth of a multi-national inspection and testing organisation across the Asia Pacific region. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President Pacific at Applus+.
Adam holds an MBA, GAICD accreditation, and advanced executive leadership training from the IE Business School in Spain. Beyond his professional achievements, Adam is passionate about mentoring young professionals and believes in building inclusive workplace cultures – ensuring every team member has the opportunity to contribute and thrive.

Grant Bryce – Chief Revenue Officer
We also welcome Grant Bryce as our new Chief Revenue Officer. Grant will lead our global sales function, helping Nexxis achieve its long-term growth objectives.
Grant brings 25 years of sales leadership across technology, B2B services, and SaaS. His career highlights include senior roles at Microsoft and HP, nearly a decade as Managing Director at SoftwareONE growing significant revenue and driving effective strategies as Global CRO in private equity-backed companies.
Known for success in start-up, scale-up, and high-growth environments, Grant is joining Nexxis because he sees significant potential in our technology and global opportunities. Outside of work, he’s a proud Liverpool FC supporter, a dedicated father, and an avid sports enthusiast.
