ZChek-FP2 – Fluorescent Penetrant Level 2 (QPL)

ZChek-FP2 is a medium sensitivity water washable fluorescent penetrant, QPL-listed to SAE AMS 2644. Formulated with nonionic biodegradable surfactants, it is engineered for excellent sensitivity and washability simultaneously – delivering sharp, clearly defined Green-Yellow indications under UV while resisting washing accurately to leave essentially no fluorescent background. Non-halogenated with a flash point above 93°C and less than 1000 ppm sulphur and chloride, it is safe on all metals.
