ZChek-F9W – Water-Based Fluorescent MPI Powder (Bright Green)

ZChek-F9W is the water-based equivalent of ZChek-F9, designed for operations running water-medium MPI baths. It uses the same particle specification – 10-micron mean size, bright green fluorescence, and Ketos Ring sensitivity of 7 – with special additives that provide excellent particle mobility in water and prevent flash rusting of ferromagnetic parts. Used at 10.75-11 g/L, it is particularly suited to raw forgings and castings in their preliminary inspection stage, and to components that will undergo further processing such as machining and oiling after inspection.
