ZChek-F9 – Oil-Based Fluorescent MPI Powder (Bright Green)

ZChek-F9 is an oil-based fluorescent wet method MPI powder using the same encapsulation technology as the F18 range, but formulated to fluoresce bright green under UV rather than yellow-green – making it visually distinguishable in multi-product operations. With a 10-micron mean particle size and Ketos Ring sensitivity of 7, it is suited to medium to fine surface and slightly subsurface discontinuity detection in forgings, castings, automotive machined parts, and fabricated structures. Used at 0.75-1.0 g/L in ZChek-801 carrier oil. It detects inclusions, seams, shrink cracks, tears, laps, flakes, welding defects, grinding cracks, quenching cracks, and fatigue cracks.
