ZChek-F18B – Water-Based Fluorescent MPI Liquid Concentrate

Some production environments run water-based MPI baths rather than oil – for cleanliness, fire risk management, or downstream process compatibility. ZChek-F18B is a liquid concentrate of fluorescent powder, wetting agents, and corrosion inhibitors, formulated specifically for use with water as the carrier. Add 27 ml per litre of water, agitate thoroughly, and the bath is ready. It detects medium to fine surface and slightly subsurface discontinuities including inclusions, seams, shrink cracks, tears, laps, flakes, welding defects, grinding cracks, quenching cracks, and fatigue cracks, with a 6-micron mean particle size and Ketos Ring sensitivity of 8-9 under UV-A.
