ZChek-CL – NDT Solvent Cleaner and Penetrant Remover

Getting the right result from a liquid penetrant inspection starts before the penetrant goes on. ZChek-CL is a high-performance solvent cleaner that handles both steps in a Method C process – spray onto the surface for pre-cleaning, then apply indirectly using a cloth for controlled removal of excess penetrant after the dwell time. Specially formulated to leave no residue on the part surface, it will not interfere with developer adhesion or mask indications, and its controlled evaporation delivers thorough cleaning with less product consumption. Available as a 1-litre bulk can or 520 ml aerosol, it suits fabrication shops, maintenance programmes, and field inspection.
