ZChek-9E Black – Non-Fluorescent MPI Suspension Aerosol

Not every magnetic particle inspection takes place at a wet bench. ZChek-9E Black is a high performance non-fluorescent MPI fluid in an aerosol format – jet black particles pre-suspended in ZChek-801 carrier oil. Shake until the rattling sound is heard, spray onto the magnetised surface while the magnetising force is applied, and inspect under white light. For maximum visibility, use it alongside ZChek-WP white contrast paint, which provides a bright white background that makes black indications immediately apparent on dark ferromagnetic surfaces. It detects surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials including welding defects, cracks, flakes, laps, and seams across fabrication, pressure vessels, castings, forgings, railways, power plants, and oil and gas inspection.
