ZChek-9D Red – Dry Visible MPI Powder

Carrying out MPI in the field often means working with limited equipment and minimal setup time. ZChek-9D Red is a free-flowing dry powder that gives you a compliant magnetic particle inspection without the need for UV lamps, a wet bench, or a carrier system. The brilliant red colour provides strong contrast against ferromagnetic surfaces in normal white light, and the formulation is selected specifically for detecting surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferrous materials – welds, large forgings, and castings. With an upper temperature limit of 315°C, you can inspect components that are still warm from welding or heat treatment without waiting for them to cool, which is a practical advantage during fabrication or maintenance shutdowns.
