A complete phased array toolbox—now faster and clearer.
OmniScan X4 brings advanced phased array with Total Focusing Method (TFM), Phase Coherence Imaging (PCI), and twin TFM/PCI into a portable, field-ready unit. You get sharper imaging of challenging indications, quicker acquisition, and streamlined setup so inspections move from planning to results with less friction.

Innovative Imaging (TFM & PCI)
See more, sooner. PCI accentuates hard-to-detect flaws (like hook cracks and SCC), while TFM acquisition is significantly faster than the previous generation. With twin TFM/PCI, two probes can scan the weld volume from both sides in a single pass, letting you compare and confirm indications on one screen.

Improved Phased Array Workflow
Application presets and a guided 3D scan plan help standardize setups and reduce training time. From PAUT and TOFD to TFM, PCI, FMC, and PWI, the X4 supports multiple techniques so you can match the method to the material and the damage mechanism.

Get to Work, Quickly
The step-by-step onboard scan plan and responsive processing shorten setup and analysis. Large internal storage supports long runs and big files without stopping the job.

Built for the Field
A bright 10.6″ touch display, rugged enclosure, and glove-friendly controls make it practical on real sites. IP-rated protection and drop testing help keep you working in harsh conditions.

The Workhorse of Your Fleet
From corrosion mapping and pipeline integrity to coarse-grained welds and HTHA screening, OmniScan X4 scales from everyday inspections to advanced applications. Choose the configuration—from 16:64PR up to 128:128PR—that meets your aperture and focusing needs.
