Cygnus 4+

A durable, multi-mode UT gauge with live A-scan, ideal for through-coating and high-temperature inspections - without taking assets offline.

The Cygnus 4+ is a powerful upgrade from the standard C4, combining multiple measurement modes with live A-scan visuals and data logging for advanced, in-field thickness inspections. Designed for harsh industrial environments, it provides accurate measurements through coatings, corrosion, and high temperatures – without shutdown or isolation.

Ideal for plant maintenance, marine inspections, ship hulls, pipelines, and refining infrastructure, the Cygnus 4+ supports hands-on or rope-access use and can operate safely in Class I, Div 2 explosive atmospheres.

With support for Cygnus’ High Temperature Probe, the 4+ is a go-to solution for in-service assessments across oil & gas, energy, and process sectors. Upgrade paths to the Cygnus 6+ are available to unlock even greater functionality.
