Did You Know: The Mentor IQ can be updated wirelessly or with USB?
The most efficient and recommended method is to connect the MViQ to a wireless network and download the update over the air. The second is to visit the InspectionWorks website and download the full update to a thumb drive. This thumb drive can then be used to install the latest SBC on the MViQ. When updating software using this method it is required that only a USB 2.0 thumb drive is used. USB 3.0 thumb drives cannot be used to update the MViQ software. This will be corrected in a future software release. Attached is the latest software update instruction sheet which will soon be posted to the IW website. https://www.inspectionworks.com/#/supportDetails/vIQ
