ZChek-F18 – Wet Method Fluorescent MPI Powder

ZChek-F18 is designed for wet bench MPI where high sensitivity and consistent performance across large production volumes are the priority. The powder fluoresces Bright Yellow-Green under UV-A, with ultra-fine particles manufactured using encapsulation technology for excellent mobility and optimum particle distribution. It detects medium to very fine surface and slightly subsurface discontinuities including inclusions, seams, shrink cracks, tears, laps, flakes, welding defects, grinding cracks, quenching cracks, and fatigue cracks. Oil-based and mixed with ZChek-801 carrier at 1-1.25 g/L, it can be converted to a water-based system by adding ZChek-WA9 — so one product covers both carrier types without stocking separate inventory.
