ZChek-EF9 – Hydrophilic Emulsifier

Post-emulsifiable penetrants like ZChek-FP12 and ZChek-FP22 deliver high sensitivity because they resist direct water washing, but they require an emulsifier to make the surface penetrant removable. ZChek-EF9 is a hydrophilic emulsifier concentrate diluted in water before use: 15-20% for dipping, or 2-5% for spray or foaming applications. It emulsifies the surface penetrant precisely, allowing water rinsing to remove the excess while leaving trapped penetrant in discontinuities undisturbed. QPL-listed to both AMS 2644 and AMS 2647 and biodegradable, it provides a large effective concentration range for process flexibility.
