ZChek-DL – Non-Aqueous Developer (QPL-listed)

ZChek-DL is a high performance non-aqueous developer for LPI that forms a brilliant white opaque film to enhance the visibility of penetrant indications. QPL-listed to SAE AMS 2644 and approved for nuclear power applications (ionic sulphur and halogens below 25 ppm), it is compatible with both Type 1 fluorescent and Type 2 visible penetrants across all removal methods – making it a versatile single developer for lines running multiple process configurations. Controlled evaporation draws penetrant fully out of discontinuities for clear, well-defined indications.
