ZChek-801 – Carrier Oil for Wet Method MPI

Wet method MPI relies on the carrier fluid as much as the particles it carries. ZChek-801 is specially formulated with highly refined additives to ensure consistent particle suspension and eliminate the natural fluorescence of the oil – which would otherwise mask indications and compromise test integrity. With a flash point above 93°C, low viscosity under 3 cSt, and good dispersion stability, it provides excellent bath coverage, reduced fire risk, and comfortable working conditions for operators in production and industrial environments.
