Foreign Object Search and Retrieval (FOSAR) is a specialised service requiring specialised tooling. It can be performed in any component of a plant where foreign materials have the potential to cause mechanical damage. FOSAR services can be performed to retrieve known objects or foreign object debris (FOD) that endanger plant efficiency, operability and safety and posing a significant threat to rotating machinery.
